Our Friends from Finland

We were very fortunate to have a visit from our pen pals in Helsinki, Finland today. We’ve been in correspondence with them since January writing emails back and forth, so it was lovely to finally meet them. We showed off our music & dance talents, had a hurling lesson followed by a mini blitz, ate crisp sandwiches & sausage rolls, played soccer & learned all about Finland. Great fun was had by everyone, both Irish and Finnish, young & old.
