A huge congrats to our footballers on their semi final victory today . A fantastic performance now sees them through to the Cumann na mBunscoil Shield final after Mid Term. 👏👏

Many thanks to our wonderful Parents Association for organising a walk to school day this morning. Pupils walked from far and near and some even walked the old school road, a road used by some of their Grand Parents and Great Parents on their way to school many years ago! Many thanks to Garda Cathy and Garda Aaron for their attention and encouragement this morning! Fabulous morning of exercise , fun and comradely! Well done all! 😀😀

5th & 6th class had a great Local History and Geography tour of Kilcummin Village today! Dividing into 2 groups, both groups enjoyed exploring the flora and fauna of the woods along the Deenagh River. Also a tour of the historical sites of the village (or the 'Cross Roads') including, *Our Lady of Lourdes Church (1976) *Clashnagrane National School (Rural Dev Office, 1841) * St Mary's Church (old church, 1752-1976) * The Post Office * Kilcummin Mass Rock Many thanks, to Siobh
